贵州省首单中国自愿减排(CCER)项目交易签约成功

2014年12月5日上午,贵州省首单中国自愿减排(CCER)项目交易签约暨贵州环境能源交易所更名揭牌仪式在贵州环境能源交易所二楼交易大厅成功举办。省和贵阳市有关部门领导共同出席见证了CCER交易签约及贵州环境能源交易所更名揭牌。

此次签约系上海金融机构购买贵州盘江煤层气开发利用有限责任公司80万吨CCER指标作为标的物进行交易。该协议成功签署,是在贵阳市委、市政府的关心以及贵阳市国资委大力支持与帮助下,贵州环境能源交易所经过前期发掘投资人、主动联系交易双方、发挥交易平台功能最终撮合成功交易。同时贵州环交所也借此次签约,与交易双方签署了三方合作协议,达成了长期友好的合作关系。该项目签约,正是我省企业主动参与降碳减排、引入资本市场进入本省,实现经济与生态效益双赢的代表案例。是碳金融创新、突破碳交易区域性、引入省外资本进入本省,促进贵州省、贵阳市生态文明示范建设工作的一次有益举措。
