贵州首个光伏发电项目在威宁进入施工建设阶段

多彩贵州网讯 11月28日,我省第一个规模开发的光伏电站项目———中电投金元集团威宁30MWp平箐光伏发电项目正式进入施工建设阶段。

根据规划,平箐光伏项目,总投资约2.8亿元,工程计划2015年4月底投产发电。电站位于威宁自治县海拉乡和岔河乡境内,建成后将成为贵州省首个太阳能光伏电站,不仅可满足10万余户家庭全年的生产生活用电,还可以带动威宁旅游及其他产业发展。在运营期内,每年平均发电3644万千瓦时,若按火电煤耗(标煤)320克/千瓦时的标准,平箐光伏电站每年将为贵州节约1.2万吨标煤,同时每年将减少约3.6万吨二氧化碳、3.1吨一氧化碳等大气污染物的排放。项目的建设运营对于进一步壮大新能源产业规模、优化威宁能源结构、带动相关产业发展将产生积极的影响。
