扒手刚出手民警即现身

多彩贵州网讯 1 月5日，锦屏县特巡警在街面巡逻中抓获一名小扒手，为群众及时避免了损失。

当天正值锦屏县城赶场，该县公安局特(巡)警大队在强化街面治安防控警力的基础上，再投入20余名警力进入到农贸市场、商场、金融网点、车站等人员密集场所开展反扒行动。

上午10时20分，民警在农贸市场开展便衣巡逻时，发现一名青年男子形迹可疑，于是采取跟踪方式进行观察，当跟踪到飞山社区天颐豪生洗脚城门口时，该男子迅速靠近正在赶场购物的一妇女身旁，打开该妇女挂包准备实施盗窃，队员见状果断出击，将“扒手”当场擒获。

经询问，嫌疑人吴某某，男，18岁，黎平县中潮镇杨庄村人。吴某某对其在农贸市场内对受害人姜某某实施盗窃的违法行为供认不讳。目前，吴某某已被处以行政拘留15日。
