贵阳拆除违法别墅保护市民“水缸”

多彩贵州网讯新年前夕,百花湖畔5栋违法别墅及附属设施被依法拆除。

红枫湖、百花湖、阿哈水库是贵阳的重要饮用水源,是广大市民最宝贵的“三口水缸”。此次拆除的违法建筑均在百花湖饮用水源保护区范围内,违反《中华人民共和国水污染法》、《贵阳市两湖一库管理条例》等法律法规,已经严重影响百花湖饮用水水体质量、水源地自然生态环境。

2014年以来,贵阳市拆除违法建筑的力度明显加大,特别是把饮用水源地保护区居民搬迁和房屋拆迁放在突出位置,共拆除水源地周边违法建筑250户,面积11.86万平方米。同时,实施阿哈水库、红枫湖、百花湖、花溪水库、汪家大井等一级饮用水水源地保护区内的居民搬迁和房屋拆除,已累计完成1174户居民搬迁和房屋拆除任务,有力保障了贵阳市民“水缸”周围良好的生态环境。
