贵州评出18个年度专利奖获奖项目最高奖十万元

昨日，省知识产权局公示2013-2014年度贵州省专利奖拟获奖项目名单，18个专利项目上榜，如公示期结束后无异议，每个专利可获3万元到10万元的奖励。

根据省知识产权局公示名单，经申报、审查、评审确定18个专利为2013-2014年度贵州省专利奖拟获奖项目。

这些专利主要有贵州长征电气有限公司的“一种主载流触头系统”、贵州开磷(集团)有限责任公司的“磷石膏胶结嗣后充填采矿法及其制浆工艺”等。

根据我省的专利评奖办法，如公示期结束后无异议，获得优秀奖的专利奖获得3万元的奖励，获金奖的可获10万元的奖励。
