多彩贵州网讯昨日，记者从贵阳市民政局了解到，该局两个“社会救助政策咨询窗口”目前共计接待230余例来访人员。

据悉，贵阳市社会救助局先后于2013年3月和今年3月分别在市民政局和市医疗保险费用结算中心办事大厅设立了“社会救助”政策咨询窗口，形成“合署办公”机制，探索建立医疗保险和医疗救助一站式服务平台，在政策咨询窗口发放《社会救助》宣传手册、便民服务联系卡，以及办理流程及政策解答，作好来访人员相关信息登记。为主动发现救助对象，对于符合救助的困难群众，则及时与当地民政部门及时沟通，同时定期回访，了解来访群众对象的救助进展情况。这一打破部门界限，整合职能部门资源的便民服务，得到群众一致好评。
