贵州取消两项水运收费船企每年可少交上千万元

12月11日，来自贵州省航务管理局消息，近日贵州省政府修改后的《贵州省港口管理办法》正式施行，取消了货物港务费和船舶停泊费。贵州船企每年可减少交纳上千万元的费用。

据了解，修订后的《管理办法》删除了原有的第四项：“逾期未缴纳港务费、船舶停泊费的，责令限期交纳，并按日加收千分之一滞纳金”，这意味着港务费、船舶停泊费今后停止收取。该办法只针对国有码头。据航务管理局规划科相关负责人介绍，目前，政府投资修建的码头占80%以上。2013年，贵州省已开始试运行该办法，暂收了这一费用。按照2013年货运量计算，贵州省全年完成1142万吨的周转量，按照1元/吨收费标准，取消了1142万元的货物港务费和船泊停泊费。这将极大减轻贵州省水运企业和个体投资者的负担，对推进贵州水运发展，优化投资环境可起到推动作用。
