高速路上停车小便面临处罚宝马哥扔钱求“谅解”

多彩贵州网讯 12月8日，一名宝马车司机在杭瑞高速公路上违法停小便，面临被交警处罚时，竟悄悄扔下2000元现金到警车后座上，想得到交警的“谅解”。

当日中午12点，铜仁高速交警二大队十中队民警在杭瑞高速公路上巡逻时，发现一辆宝马车停在杭瑞高速下行线1487km+700m(德江县合兴镇境内)应急停车道内，驾驶员站在车后小便，民警立即驱车上前劝阻其违法行为及不文明行为，并告知驾驶员的违法行为将受到罚款100元、记6分的处罚。驾驶员为让执勤民警不对其违法行为进行处罚，悄悄地将2000元现金扔到警车后座上，并迅速驾车离开了现场。

执勤民警发现后，立即驱车追赶10余公里拦下宝马车驾驶员，将2000元现金如数还给了他，并对其行为进行了严厉的批评教育。
