贵阳打造“四在农家·美丽乡村”升级版

多彩贵州网讯今年,贵阳市在“四在农家·美丽乡村”建设中,着力建设一批“提高型”示范点,打造“四在农家·美丽乡村”升级版。截至11月底,已实施项目920个,基本建成“提高型”美丽乡村示范点36个。

今年,贵阳市把推进“四在农家·美丽乡村”建设作为市委、市政府为民办实事项目之一,加快推进,将目标锁定在全年建成40个美丽乡村“提高型”示范点。

为更好推进该项工作,贵阳市将“提高型”示范点项目覆盖率、完成率等纳入市直责任部门的考核指标,确保在项目、资金安排上优先满足示范点的建设需要。同时,优化奖励方式,将每个示范点的30万元一次性奖补,调整为每个示范点先预拨50万元,根据年终考核结果,对考核90分以上的再奖补50万元。

贵阳市还大力开展“百村示范”和“千村创建”工程,注重相邻村庄之间的协调发展,对道路、建筑风貌等方面进行统一规划、联动建设,实现融合发展,形成以点连线、以线成面、示范带动的良好格局。
