贵州城乡低保标准下月起再提高增幅不低于10%

本报讯从2015年1月起，我省将在2014年的基础上，以县为单位，按照平均不低于10%的增幅，再次提高城乡低保标准。这是2011年以来，我省连续第5年提高城乡低保标准，将惠及约470万低保对象。

记者近日从省民政厅获悉，初步预计，全省各地将于明年3月底前完成提标审核审批各项工作，6月之前按新标准兑现低保金，并补发1至3月新补助水平与原补助水平的差额。省社会救助局要求，各地要按照当地经济社会发展水平、物价水平等因素确定合理的保障标准，确保城乡困难群众的基本生活需求。同时，加快建立健全低保对象家庭收入核对机制，对城乡低保实施严格的动态管理，做到“应保则保、应退则退”。

据了解，2011年4月，我省在之前城乡低保标准的基础上，按不低于12%的增幅对城乡低保标准进行提标；2012年1月、2013年1月和2014年1月，全省按不低于10%的增幅对城乡低保标准实施三次提标。
