轨道交通一号线（南明段）房屋征收工作接近尾声

多彩贵州网讯记者昨日从南明区获悉，贵阳市轨道交通一号线(南明段)项目房屋征收工作已接近尾声。截至12月3日，南明区已依法完成对514户房屋的征收，完成率达99.03%。据悉，轨道交通一号线(南明段)起于中山西路与公园南路交叉口，终点至珠江路，全线总长约5.49千米，共设中山路站、人民广场站、火车站站、沙冲路站和望城坡站5个站点，及一个区间段变电所，需对519户共5.24万平方米房屋依法实施征收。

自去年12月启动房屋征收工作以来，南明区坚持依法、惠民原则，阳光、和谐地推进征收工作，出台了相关的房屋征收补助方案、奖励方案、优惠补助方案，对政策法律框架内的合法诉求依法予以支持，得到了绝大多数被征收人的支持和配合。

截至12月3日，中山路站、人民广场站、火车站站、沙冲路站、望城坡站所涉的房屋征收工作全部完成，玉厂路(规划建设变电站处)房屋征收工作正在抓紧进行。
