贵州省打击非法行医专项行动一年查处案件8807件

多彩贵州网讯记者昨日从省卫计委获悉，我省自去年7月开展整顿医疗秩序打击非法行医专项行动以来，截至目前累计办理各类卫生违法案件8807件，其中已结案8202件，处罚金额共计2509.4万元。

据悉，我省各级卫生管理部门组成打击非法行医行动小组，通过联合执法，形成办案合力。各级公安机关将“平安医院”创建和“打击非法行医”专项行动相结合，累计开展清理检查1567次，破获刑事案件18件。在8807件卫生违法案件中，“打非”案件共4160件(罚没款共计1436.8万元)，向公安机关移送案件42件，对1996户次给予警告处理，2185户次被责令限期整改、24户次被责令停业整顿、3户被吊销《医疗机构执业许可证》。专项行动中，受理“打非”投诉举报258件，办结率达100%，查处非法行医案件数和罚没款金额分别位居全国第七位和第六位，查办案件数较去年同期全国排位上升15位。
