安顺西秀区扶贫办原主任被双开

省纪委昨天通报两起案件，另一涉案官员为铜仁市水务局原副局长唐新尧

省纪委监察厅昨天通报了两起近期查处的案件：铜仁市水务局原党组成员、副局长唐新尧，安顺市西秀区扶贫办原主任詹发军因因严重违纪被开除党籍和公职。

经查，唐新尧在担任德江县水利局局长、铜仁市水务局副局长期间，利用职务便利，为他人谋取利益，收受他人贿赂。依据有关规定，经铜仁市纪委监察局审议并报请铜仁市委、市政府批准，决定给予唐新尧开除党籍、开除公职处分。

詹发军在任安顺市西秀区扶贫开发办公室主任期间，利用职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，并利用职务便利从事营利活动，参与经商，其行为严重违纪。根据有关规定，经西秀区纪委监察局审议并报西秀区委、西秀区人民政府批准，决定给予詹发军开除党籍、开除公职处分。
