贵州南下出海航道节点：工程在黔东南州从江县开工建设

11月4日，都柳江郎洞、温寨航电枢纽工程在黔东南州从江县开工建设。记者在开工仪式上了解到，该工程预计2018年4月底实现船闸通航，届时，我省又一条南下出海航道的两个重要节点将打通。

据悉，都柳江为珠江流域西江水系柳江干流上源，是贵州南下出海最便捷的水运通道之一，也是我省规划的5条出省水运通道之一。都柳江经贵州省独山、三都、榕江、从江县在八洛进入广西柳江，经梧州进入西江，于广东肇庆汇入珠江出海。

省境内流域从上而下规划有白梓桥、柳叠、坝街、寨比、红岩、永福、温寨、郎洞、大融、从江10级航电枢纽，工程概算总投资80亿元。其中都柳江从江、大融航电枢纽工程已于2012年12月8日开工建设，将于2017年4月建成。（本报记者张薇）
