贵州省油库加油站即日起进行“体检” 至11月15日结束

记者昨日从贵州省商务厅获悉，即日起，我省将对全省所有油库和加油站包括水上加油站进行“体检”，确保成品油安全。

据悉，此次检查主要是排查安全隐患，严厉打击油库和加油站在开展业务及工作管理过程中的违法违规行为，检查必须覆盖所有行政区域，所有所有制形式加油站，所有国道省道县道乡道甚至水域，也就是乡村道路上的加油站和水上加油站“一个不放过”检查。重点检查各油库是否取得商务部门核发的储藏、批发、零售成品油资格证，安监、工商、质监、消防部门核发的有关证照，是否通过年检并在有效期内，是否建立成品油购销进出库台账等，同时还重点检查油库和加油站能否提供成品油质量检测合格报告，是否进行散装汽油购买登记制度，储油罐、输送油管道是否安全、符合标准等，包括是否定期进行消防演习等。

此次专项检查至11月15日结束。（罗华）
